Nacho Madness

Made with all the fixings, these nachos are sure to be a hit at your next game day party!

TOTAL TIME:25 minutes



  • ½ lb. ground beef
  • 13 oz. tortilla chips
  • 16 oz. salsa con queso
  • 3 tomatoes, cubed
  • 2 large avocados, cubed
  • 3-4 stalks green onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. refried beans
  • 1-2 tsp. taco seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black olives, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Place avocados, tomatoes and onion in a bowl and set aside. Place ground beef in skillet, season with taco seasoning and sauté on medium heat until meat is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.

  2. Place salsa con queso into a small cooking pan and cook on low for about 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is hot. In a separate pan, add refried beans and a few tablespoons of water. Cook on medium heat until beans begin to bubble, then remove from heat and set aside.

  3. Put tortilla chips on a baking sheet and place in the oven for few minutes to warm up the chips.

  4. Sprinkle ground beef over tortilla chips and top with refried beans, melted salsa con queso and tomato salsa. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
